How To Install Wall Tile

My old oven finally gave up the ghost after 30+ years of semi-reliable service. The controls/timer area of the oven had some sort of short circuit and caught on fire, which was quite an event in itself. Download video klip super 7 best friend forever youtube.

Anyway, I disconnected it at the junction box under the stove range and slid it out of the cabinetry opening. A friend had a spare oven in their garage that they offered me as a replacement, as I'm a little strapped for cash at the moment and didn't want to invest in a new oven.

This new oven is a high end Miele oven, and it has a 4-wire connection (black, red, white, green). My old oven was a 3-wire oven (black, red, white), which corresponded with the service coming into the junction box from the main panel (also black, red, and white). I'd like to know if I can connect this new oven to this 240v service without having to pull a new 4-wire bundle from the panel to the j-box. I've been reading about connection the ground to the neutral (white/green from oven connected to white from panel) but I've also read that might not be a good idea because it can cause the metal frame of the oven to become electrified. I've read that I could run the green ground line over to a water pipe, or I could connect that green ground line to the junction box itself.

Just trying to figure out the best and safest installation method. Thanks in advance for any help/advice you can offer.
